The music competition format has been rewritten.  For the first time it’s more than just singing other peoples songs, its about creating new music from the ground up.  24 of the countries hopefully singer/songwriters, stylists, music producers, and filmmakers will fight for a coveted spot in one of 3 teams.  Teams will then record the stone, style the artist, and make the music video, culminating in the release of 3 songs to iTunes.  The team who delivers the highest selling single will be crowned winners, with the artist getting signed to the label and the creative team being offered lucrative 12 month industry jobs.
