Who we are

nmv.tv is operated by New Media Vision Trading Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 07033089. Our registered office is given in our privacy notice. Contact: sales@nmv.tv.

What this site is — and is not

This site describes programmes, formats and services that New Media Vision represents or provides. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, an option, a licence, or a warranty that any particular programme or right is available in any particular territory. Availability, rights and terms are agreed in writing, deal by deal.

Episode counts, running times, broadcasters and territories are given in good faith from the information supplied to us by rights holders. Where a detail is still being confirmed, the site says so rather than guessing.

Intellectual property

The design, text, layout and code of this site belong to New Media Vision Trading Ltd. You may read it, print a page, and share a link. You may not copy, republish or adapt it for commercial use without our written permission.

Programme titles, artwork, stills, footage, broadcaster logos and the marks of the organisations shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They appear here to identify the programmes we represent and the companies we have worked with, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement beyond that.

Screeners and confidential material

Screeners, sizzle reels, scripts, bibles and other materials supplied on request are provided for your evaluation only. They are confidential, they must not be recorded, downloaded, forwarded or shown outside your organisation, and access may be withdrawn at any time. Reels published on our public Vimeo pages are exempt from this and may be shared freely.

Submissions

If you send us a project, you confirm that you have the right to do so. We receive a great many submissions, and ideas frequently arrive from more than one source at once, so we cannot agree to treat an unsolicited submission as confidential or to pay for an idea we were already developing. We will, of course, treat material supplied under an agreed non-disclosure agreement in accordance with that agreement.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another site — a programme reel on Vimeo, a trade report, an industry body — we have no control over it and take no responsibility for its content.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be available uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any business loss — loss of profit, contracts, goodwill, data or anticipated savings — arising from the use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
